Who we are

These terms are between you and Frontage Tech, LLC, doing business as Frontage. They apply when you buy Setup and Presence Care, use a Frontage-hosted preview, or ask us to put a site on a domain you own.

What we sell

Setup is a one-time site build at $899. We collect your facts once and build the site described on the offer page — typically five pages — on a domain you own, or on a new domain quoted before it is bought.

Presence Care is a monthly retainer at $149. It covers hosting, DNS coordination, and the monthly upkeep named on the offer page. It is not an uptime SLA, a response-time promise, or a reporting cadence we have not published.

The commercial offer is Setup and Presence Care together. We do not sell Setup without Care.

We do not sell search rankings, traffic, or guarantees about either. Structured content and /llms.txt are hygiene, not a ranking trick.

Payment

You pay through Stripe (Checkout, Payment Links, or an invoice we send). Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored on this marketing site. A charge is for the product named at checkout — Setup at $899, Presence Care at $149 per month, or a separately quoted item such as a new domain.

Presence Care renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel before the next billing date to stop the following month. We do not invent a refund window here. Unpaid Care means we can stop hosting after notice to the email we have for you.

Your content

You own the facts, photos, marks, and copy you give us. You grant Frontage a license to use that material to build, host, and update the preview and the live site for as long as we host them, and to show the work as a sample if you agree in writing.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you supply. We build from your record; we do not independently verify every claim.

When the engagement ends we stop hosting. We do not keep a right to republish your site. Ordinary backups and legal records may remain for a limited time.

Acceptable use

Do not use Frontage, a preview, or the enquiry form for illegal activity, spam, or to publish content you do not have the right to use. We can refuse a project or take a site offline if use is abusive or unlawful.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, Frontage is not liable for lost profits, lost leads, search ranking, or other indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service the claim is about in the twelve months before the claim.

We do not warrant uninterrupted hosting or a specific search result.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief where a site is hosted.

Changes

We can update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the bottom is the current version. Material changes that affect an existing paid engagement will be sent to the email we have for you.
